LESSON 1 HANDOUTS
- Allow additional time for peer-review, editing, revision, and critique of collections.
- Assign a longer essay or response paper in place of the short reflection, asking students to incorporate perspectives from historical or contemporary photographers into their response (see the photography research handout and related websites and texts in extending the lesson for research tips).
- Arrange a coordinated school, public or online exhibit of the finished collections, highlighting a shared class interest or theme (see our Information for Teachers).
- Publish a selection of class photographs in the school newspaper or literary/art journal, or encourage students to submit their photographs independently.
