LESSON 1 HANDOUTS
- Allow additional time for peer-review, editing, and revision of collections, or for students to critique the visual arrangement, style, and impact of their finished works.
- Assign a longer essay or response paper in place of the short reflection, asking students to incorporate secondary sources from their research into their writing.
- Arrange a coordinated school, public, or online exhibit of the finished collections, highlighting a shared class interest or theme (see our Information for Teachers).
